Here is a brief overview of our senior staff members.

President and C.EO

Rick Kushnir has over 15 years experience in purchasing and managing properties that include Commercial, Retail and Residential sites. In his acquisitions throughout the years he has been able to recognize value in the real estate market with an understanding that there must be a reasonable return on investment, with potential for increased growth. As well there must be a knowledge of outside influences on the market place which will help determine where and when to purchase property.

Senior Property Manager

Brian Dewar has been managing properties for over 20 years. The reason he has been so successful over that time is because he understands the need to build long term relationships with tenants that will be mutually beneficial to both the tenant and the landlord. Brian has managed numerous properties over the years and in doing so has built a strong infrastructure, which allows R. Kushnir Properties Inc. to be responsive and productive for our properties.

Design Manager

Ronit Kushnir is a graduate of design at Humber College and has done many drawings and designs for properties. Ronit also has her own Company which specializes in both Interior and Landscape Design for both Commercial and Residential Properties. www.ronitkushnir.com.
